This magical location, known both as The Devils Pulpit and Finnich Glen is a beautiful gorge, cutting deep down into sandstone with a river running through. Little known until recently, TV shows such as Outlander have made this place a very popular tourist spot. Make sure you prepare beforehand though, as descending into the gorge can be tricky for some thanks to steep and rough pathways.
The Campsie Fells are a range of gently rolling hills providing an oasis of tranquillity hidden away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. A popular area for walking, the highest point of the range is Earl’s Seat which rises to 578m.
